Mango Mousse
Hello peoples today we will make Mango Mousse this is my favorite dessert made in summer, it is liked by everyone and it takes hardly 10 minutes to make and it’s perfect for parties and also for midnight sweet craving.
And you know what I like about it? It’s only required just a few ingredients and my version of this recipe is vegetarian-friendly, yes it’s eggless and I also do not use gelatine or agar agar …so let’s make it.
Ingredients —
Mangoes — 2 nos. (properly riped)
Double cream or whipped cream — 300 ml
Condensed milk — 1/2 cup
Recipe -
1 first peel the mangoes and roughly chop them and put them in the mixture jar and make puree.
2 take a large bowl and add chilled whipped cream or double cream to it and with the help of a hand whisker or electric beater, beat the cream until you get soft peaks.
3 add condensed milk into wiped cream and mix it gently with soft hands, keep a small amount of it aside from the garnishing.
4. In remaining mixture add mango puree gently.
5 pore the mango moose it into the glasses garnish with wiped cream which we keep aside.
6 chill the mousse in the refrigerator for about one hour or two hours.
7 serve mango mousse cold after garnishing it with a mango slice.
